While watching the Flyers and Sixers play Thursday night, both teams were blown out and I realized how lucky we are to have witnessed the Eagles 2024-25 Super Bowl run.  What a great season it was for Philadelphia Sports Fans to have at least once championship team to cheer for!

I attended the Haddon Township boys Group I semi-final basketball game on Tuesday night and Eagles Head Coach Nick Sirianni was in attendance.  It was a great game that Haddon Twp won, and they advanced to play in the Group I Championship Friday night against Woodbury.

But Nick Siranni stole the show.  People lined up to get a selfies and Coach Siranni was gracious, taking as many pictures as time allowed.  When you win in Philly, fans will love you forever. I hope that in the near future the Flyers and Sixers can capture that magic!

The Philadelphia Phillies continued their spring training schedule in Clearwater with Aaron Nola pitching on Thursday.  The Phillie veteran pitcher looked good, going three innings.  He struck out six while allowing one walk.

The Phillies pitching staff looks pretty solid but with an aging batting lineup, can the offense produce enough runs this season?  We will talk about the Phillies upcoming season, Eagles Offseason, Flyers after the deadline, and the Sixers losing this weekend in The Locker Room with Billy Schweim.

On Saturday’s Show, Producer Nick Earnshaw and I will opine on all four Philadelphia Sports teams.  Atlantic City is hosting several big events and we will talk with the General Manager of Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall, Jim McDonald, about this year's NJ state wrestling Championships and the MACC basketball tournament coming next week to AC.  In Hour Two, we will hear from Mr. Negadelphia P.J. Corda brought to you by the Galloway Pool Service.  Mr. Negadelphia will have plenty to get off his chest.

On Sunday’s show, Nick Earnshaw is back producing and will be part of my Locker Room youth movement with the “intern” Andrew Leeds in studio.  We will recap the week in Philly sports.  In Hour II we will talk with the Head of Sports Medicine at Virtua, orthopedic surgeon Dr Sean McMillian about Joel Embiid's knee issues.  Then it’s time for our “High School Athletes in the Spotlight” with Fran Mclaughlin brought to you by the Philly Pretzel Factory of EHT.

All that and more, it’s the Locker Room with Billy Schweim every Saturday & Sunday from 10 am to Noon on 97.3 FM ESPN Radio South Jersey.
